A la Carte Menu for weddings.
For any number of guests and available on any day:
To include: Planning, drafting, practice and delivery from £625.
Initial getting to know you Zoom call/meeting.
Wedding questionnaire to get more details about you as a couple.
I will then begin drafting your Ceremony (with editing input from you).
I will liaise with/visit the venue.
(Incurs extra mileage charge if over 15 miles).
Begin preparing the draft Order of Ceremony.
Zoom call/meetings – Agree order of ceremony and modify draft.
Help Writing of Vows if needed.
Final draft.
Final meeting & practice.
Officiate ceremony.
Available for photographs as required.
Should you decide to go ahead, then congratulations!
I will send you an online booking form, a contract so we have an agreement in writing and a request for a booking fee of £200 to secure your date.
At this point I start working with you.
Through video calls and face-to-face meetings we can get to know each other better and I can get to know you as a couple, discovering your love story. We can share/discuss your ceremony plans and ideas plus it’s the chance for you to pick my brains and ask any questions.
If time is short or meetings are difficult we can work via Zoom/facetime.
Using your thoughts and feelings, I will create your unique ceremony to include any special elements, readings, poems and vows.
I aim to have this ready for you at 4 weeks before your big day – and we can keep working on it until you are entirely happy and think it’s perfect.
Finally, it will be my absolute pleasure and honour to officiate over your wedding, delivering your uniquely bespoke ceremony.

I am able to offer a range of bespoke, creative elements to enhance your day, making it an exceptionally memorable wedding for all concerned.

Prices:
£625 plus mileage @ 50p per mile (bookings made in 2023).
£650 plus mileage @ 50p per mile (bookings made in 2024).
All costs to be agreed prior to the ceremony.
Travel expenses - 50p per mile if over 15 miles to venue or client.
Accommodation – At cost if an overnight stay as required.
Fancy / Themed dress – at cost as required.
Miscellaneous costs – as agreed (Special elements).
Initial deposit 50% (non-refundable) to secure booking.
Full fee payable 4 weeks before the Ceremony.
The Legality.
Currently in the UK, Celebrants are not able to conduct ‘the legal part’ of a marriage, so you will you need to make sure that you book with a local Registrar (This is usually before your Celebrant Wedding) to complete all the legal formalities.
What's involved in a registry office wedding?
The Register Office room - also known as the statutory marriage or civil partnership room - is for those who prefer to sign the paperwork to complete their legal union in the presence of just two witnesses in a small interview room. They are simple legal ceremonies lasting between 10 -20 minutes.
Once you have the legal paperwork, you can focus all your energies on your Celebrant Led Wedding which is the main event!
